At our September meeting, we set the preliminary calendar for this year’s fundraising events. In addition to our annual events, we are adding two special fundraisers this year.

Paint & Sip
While exact dates are still to be announced, we are planning to host 2 Paint & Sip nights during the weeks of October 26 and/or November 2.
Special Event: Quilt Raffle
Thanks to a generous donation by Joyce Mase, we have a small collection of quilts in various sizes to raffle off. We’ll run this from November 16 to December 12 (just in time for holiday presents!).
Tickets will be available at the library.
Special Event: Thunderbirds Game
Tickets purchased for a designated Springfield Thunderbirds home game (January 18, 2027) using the FEPL code will raise funds for the library.
Love Your Library Gift Bag Raffle
The 2027 themes are still being finalized, but the dates are set! Tickets will be available February 1-26, with the drawing on February 27.
Book & Bake Sale
Dates are yet to be finalized, but this is typically held the second week of May from Thursday to Saturday. Book collection will start in March, with more details forthcoming.
